Over the past decades, INTAN NYATA SDN BHD has evolved into a major supplier and distributor of an extensive range of products ranging from stationeries, office equipments, building materials and various general items. Our products are widely used by companies in construction, logistics, shipping, forwarding, mining, infrastructure development companies and various government agencies. Beside that the company actively involves in multiple projects in highway, building and areas maintenance both in public and private sectors.
Established in the year 1997 by a group of hardworking and enterprising personnel, the company continues to incorporate new ideas with modernization efforts by creating new range of products and services whilst drawing simultaneously on the experience, marketing knowledge and customer loyalty build up over the years.

INTAN NYATA SDN BHD distributes range of products and services such as stationeries products comprising of: printed custom form, lever arch files, computer paper, photocopy paper, ball pen, marker pen, documentary tray and fax paper: building materials comprising of top soil, plaster sand, dumping sand, dumping soil, fertilizer, crushed run aggregate, granite aggregate, concrete sand, kaolin; other items such as; assorted plastics scrap, paper scrap & waste, assorted metal scrap, used old clothing, used jumbo bag, marine diesel oil, marine fuel oil, sludge oil, fresh water supplier, ship & air spares & equipments, ship store, KOLOR KUT testing material for gas level,: building maintenance: landscaping, areas maintenance, building maintenance, office maintenance, highway maintenance.

HISTORY

INTAN NYATA SDN BHD (445225M) established in 29th August 1997 with RM 2.00 capital then increased in the later part by injecting an additional working capital of RM 200,000.00. The founder Mansor bin Abd Samat with others then decided to enter into manufacturing industries activities by doing plastic molding injection to produce electronic parts and component. The factory located in 6 Jalan Bayu 3. Bandar Seri Alam, 81750 Masai Johor. by May 1998, the authorized paid up capital increased to RM 502,000.00 and authorized capital to RM 1,000,000.00. Due to economic recession hit globally at that time the business activities are not favorable and faced tremendous difficulties to move forward.

In January 1999 the company activities took a turn in Marketing and Trading activities whereby the facility and its activities transferred by mean of subcontract basis sister company namely DATABLOC SDN BHD. The manufacturing facility was move to new premise at No 11 Jalan Perdagangan 4, Taman Universiti Industrial Parks, 81350 Skudai, Johor. DATABLOC SDN BHD was a joint venture company shared between FEMA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD and INTAN NYATA SDN BHD whereby its activities involved in making various stationery products. Most of the products marketed in Public and Private Sector in Malaysia and in the same year we become member of the KONSPA supplied stationer product to all government departments for whole of Malaysia. Beside that we cater export order from oversea especially Middle East North Africa, Italy and other, where the order secured from our involvement in PAPER WORLD EXHIBITION in FRANKFURTT, GERMANY whereby FEMA INDUSTRIES continuously participated yearly.

In 1999 onward INTAN NYATA SDN BHD started it trading activities upon the award by PERCETAKAN NASIONAL BERHAD to distribute Printed Custom Form for Johor, Malacca, Wilayah Persekutuan and Selangor. Beside that INTAN NYATA is the authorized agent for FEMA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD to market their stationery product to government sector and other agencies all over Malaysia. INTAN NYATA SDN BHD was also awarded distributorship by MDC PUBLISING to distribute Law books and printed books for Southern region.

From June 2000 the first outlet was established at No A2 Tingkat Bawah Arked Johor Jaya, Jalan Dedap 14, Taman Johor Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru, and Johor as trading centre for stationery products and other. INTAN NAYATA SDN BHD actively marketed the stationery products to UTM, SAJ and Government Agency and running core business to distribute Custom Form Law Books

Nov 2001 INTAN NYATA SDN BHD spread its wing to Kuala Lumpur in order to get near to our customer, so that we can serve them better more effectively. We then established our marketing office in No 17 A Jalan BRP 1/3, Bukit Rahman Putra, 47000 Sungai Buluh, Selangor whereby we began to add up new product range namely Canvass Shoes of METRIX and VOX Brand that produced by METRIK EMPIRE (M) SDN BHD, This company whereby INTAN NYATA SDN BHD posses interest in the company which focused their activities in importing canvas shoes from china and distribute the product locally. INTAN NYTA was then officially the authorized agent for government sector and other agency

By 2001 INTAN NYATA obtained MOF License to supply all range products from stationery, shoes, uniform to government department around Kuala Lumpur and Johor StateIn 2002 INTAN NYATA SDN BHD moved its office at P –3 –3 Plaza Dwi Tasik, No 21 Jalan 5 / 106, Bandar Tasik Sri Permaisuri, 56000 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan. Whereby new activates and division was created to actively involved in Building Maintenance, Areas Maintenance and Landscaping. Multiple projects was awarded by PROPEL, ANGKASAPURI, DEWAN BANDARAYA KUALA LUMPUR, HIGHWAY PLUS, UEM and others. The activities become core business for Kuala Lumpur Branch and continue to do so to date.

In January 2004 the operation of the manufacturing that all the way badly hit by economy recession moves its premise at No 15J Komplek Kilang Bimbingan BPMP, Jalan Tahana, Tampoi Industrial Estate, and 81200 Johor Bahru. The manufacturing facility later took over by INTAN NYATA SDN BHD began its activities doing compatible dot metric printer ribbon and at the same time market such product marketed to government departments and local company such as JPJ, Custom, KDN and other

In 2005 INTAN NAYATA moved its office at 15 Jalan Bukit Kempas 4/1, Taman Bukit Kempas, 81200 Johor Bahru. Johor Malaysia. The main office focused its activities in Stationery supply to Education Office UTM. PDRM. BELIA DAN SUKAN, PUSAT SERANTI and many other government agencies, we also cater various supply projects to PEJABAT DEARAH Kota Tinggi and Johor Bahru. The company diversifies their numerous product ranges from stationery, metal scrap, waste paper, Jumbo bags and others from its base in Johor BahruIn 2006 INTAN NAYATA SDN BHD has established an understanding with ARMADA URUS SDN BHD to outsourcers their shipyard requirement on ship spare and parts as they are actively running ship repair in Port Klang. As our sister company EMPOLINE CORPORATION SDN BHD are shipping and Forwarding Company that involved heavily in moving a lot oil and gas equipment and also ship spare thus giving us the opportunity to our new activities revolving in this field thus creating new products range for the Malaysian Market

By 2008 INTAN NYATA SDN BHD began its new involvement in Building material by supplying top soil, fertilizer sand and granite stone. The new products created were due to the opportunity derived from ISKANDAR PROJECT in NUSAJAYA, PTP AND GELANG PATAH. Realizing this opportunity INTAN NYATA waste no time and began to collaborate with local supplier such land and areas concession owner, local quarry, local miner, local supplier. Such cooperation established enables INTAN NYATA to become one of the BUMIPUTRA suppliers actively operating in Johor for Building Materials..
